Shaping the Future

Help Me Shape the Schedule (please)

But first, before I forget, I will be teaching the Gentle and Restorative class on Thursday the 15th. I changed the description below and will probably forget to change it on next week’s newsletter but I’m writing it here, Vicki will be back on the 22nd :)

Now, back to shaping the future. We’re heading into a busy season, and we know this time of year can make it even harder to find time for yourself. That’s why I’m thinking about how to make the class schedule work even better for you.

This isn’t an official survey — just a quick check-in because your feedback helps me plan classes you’ll actually want to take!

If we added one additional class each week, what would fit best into your schedule?

  • What style? Yoga, Pilates, strength, mobility, restorative, or something else?

  • What day? Which day would you be most likely to join?

  • What time? Morning, midday, afternoon, evening — or a specific time that works for you

And with Thanksgiving right around the corner…

🦃 If we offered a special online class on Thanksgiving, what time would you actually want to roll out your mat?

E-mail me and let me know! No formal survey, no right or wrong answers — I would simply love to hear what would make it easier for you to prioritize a little movement and you during this upcoming busy season. 💛

Thanks for helping shape the studio!
