A lot happening this week...

Happy Fall y’all!

What a great turnout we had last week! It was so nice seeing everyone show up, roll out their mats, and make time for themselves. Thank you for bringing your energy and being such an important part of the Sixteen2Five community.

And speaking of showing up, we have quite a week ahead. October came to a close and November opens up, we wrapped up Halloween, are adjusting to the end of Daylight Savings Time, and looking ahead to Día de los Muertos and Election Day.

I hope everyone enjoyed some Halloween festivities and maybe a few trick-or-treaters! With the clocks having fallen back this morning, we have an extra hour to rest and can start settling into earlier sunsets and cozy evenings.

Tomorrow, Día de los Muertos invites us to pause, honor loved ones, and reflect on the memories that stay with us. And with Election Day on Tuesday, we're reminded of the importance of community. If you haven't already voted, make a plan to get out there, cast your vote and let your voice be heard!

With so much going on, please don't let it distract you from taking care of yourself. Let your yoga and Pilates practice be a chance to quiet the noise, release some tension, build strength, find balance, and reset.

Enjoy the week, spend time with loved ones, take advantage of that extra hour of rest, and make a little time for yourself on the mat.
